Step 3: Fill in your Name, Contact Number, and check the selected City & Society/Locality/Pincode, before hitting the submit button. Our Tata Play Fiber representative will call you within 24 hrs to initiate the onboarding process
How long does it take for my new broadband connection to become active?
Your new broadband connection will be activated within 4 hours as per your scheduled appointment
How much do I pay for the broadband router?
The Smart router is provided at no extra cost. However it is the property of Tata Play Fiber and hence needs to be returned at the time of disconnection of services.
Will I get the full broadband speed promised in my plan?
Yes, The actual internet speed will be same as promised. This will be confirmed before installation.
